Terms
These plain-language terms explain the educational purpose and limits of My Retirement Model tools.
Educational planning tools
My Retirement Model tools and website content are provided for educational and planning purposes only. They should not be treated as financial, tax, legal, investment, insurance, or Social Security advice.
Not an official Social Security determination
The Social Security Estimator is independent and educational. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Social Security Administration or any government agency. Results are estimates and are not official benefit determinations.
No guarantee of accuracy
Calculator outputs depend on user-entered information, assumptions, and the formula data used by the tool. Social Security rules and assumptions can change. Users should verify important planning decisions with SSA.gov, qualified professionals, and other appropriate sources.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the scenario files you download or upload, and any decisions you make based on your own planning process.
MRIE beta licensing
MRIE beta licenses are currently free for 60 days and intended for personal evaluation. Beta licenses may be disabled for abuse, excessive sharing, or uses outside the intended evaluation or personal-use scope.
Beta access may be renewed depending on MRIE release status and continued availability. Paid annual and lifetime license terms may be added later if payment support is introduced.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MRIE beta access is for personal use and evaluation only.
Ownership
My Retirement Model was created by Brian Cooper and is owned by Clear Path Innovations, LLC.
